The authors do not pretend to have been exhaustive in their approach nor do they think that they have dealt in depth with the whole issue or have the last word on such complex, controversial issues. Their aim here is simply to frame the discussions and propose helpful guidance to all participants in the workshop and for the follow-up public consultation.
